OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Virtual items have no inherent value and their value is determined solely by user demand.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
